These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SlotWin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the SlotWin online gaming platform accessible at slotwin.cam

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from a verified payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Player balances and transactions on SlotWin are denominated unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on SlotWin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. SlotWin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. This is non-negotiable and supersedes any lower age threshold that may apply in any jurisdiction.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of SlotWin, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform for purpose of research, monitoring, or investigation by any regulatory body, government agency, or competitor without SlotWin's prior written consent.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on SlotWin. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension without notice.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

SlotWin may require you to complete KYC verification at any point, including but not limited to prior to your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a threshold set by SlotWin, or where our compliance team has reasonable grounds to request verification.

Documents typically required for KYC include:

• A valid, government-issued Malaysian photo identification (MyKad / NRIC, Passport, or Driver's License);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or telco statement);
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding your photo identification;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your Account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe designated by SlotWin may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality or Account suspension, at SlotWin's sole discretion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. SlotWin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

SlotWin accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u / MAE, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency channels including USDT TRC20 and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All funds deposited into your SlotWin Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.
• SlotWin does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, fees may be imposed by your payment provider or financial institution, for which SlotWin accepts no liability.
• All Account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• SlotWin reserves the right to request evidence that a deposited payment method belongs to the Account holder prior to processing any withdrawal.

5.2 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC20 network) and BTC. The MYR equivalent of cryptocurrency deposits is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network. Processing times for cryptocurrency deposits are typically between 15 and 30 minutes following the required number of network confirmations. SlotWin accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations, network delays, or user errors in wallet address entry.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders whose Accounts are in good standing. SlotWin reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending the completion of KYC verification or any ongoing compliance review.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is typically within 15 minutes via DuitNow for verified accounts. Other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider.
• SlotWin does not charge standard withdrawal fees; however, third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and are displayed in the Cashier.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification at any time, at SlotWin's sole discretion, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• Real Money Funds may only be withdrawn after all active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements have been addressed (either completed or forfeited, as applicable).

SlotWin offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP tier incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. SlotWin reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each Player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Claiming a welcome bonus via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each specific bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional material.
• Games may contribute different percentages towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• SlotWin reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers, employing arbitrage strategies, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse — individually or in coordination with other Players — may have their Account suspended, their Bonus Funds voided, and any winings derived from such activity forfeited. SlotWin's determination of bonus abuse is final.

All games available on SlotWin are governed by their individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Game Rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

• SlotWin's slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) rates are independently audited and disclosed for each game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during gameplay, SlotWin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance.
• Displayed odds, prices, and game outcomes are binding once a bet has been accepted and confirmed. Errors in displayed odds that are clearly erroneous may be corrected and affected bets voided at SlotWin's discretion.

• Sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and event type as published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SlotWin platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or colude with other Players;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been legitimately used on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing SlotWin staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without SlotWin's prior written consent.

SlotWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to assist Players in maintaining control of their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from within your Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months,1 year) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account is suspended and no new registrations are permitted from the same individual.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session time reminders that display elapsed playing time at regular intervals.
• Account Activity Summaries: Players may request a summary of their deposit, withdrawal, and wagering history at any time by contacting support.

SlotWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Accounts found to belong to persons under21 years of age;
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding obligations, forfeited Bonus Funds, or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the SlotWin support team via live chat or email.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlotWin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SlotWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

SlotWin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond SlotWin's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

All content on the SlotWin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, trademarks, and interface designs — is the property of SlotWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without SlotWin's prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which SlotWin is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Pending the resolution of any dispute, you must continue to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent SlotWin from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where SlotWin's rights or the integrity of the Platform are at risk of immediate, irreparable harm.

SlotWin reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, SlotWin will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued access to or use of the SlotWin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
